How it works

Remote coaching involves being sent fitness sessions through a virtual platform. You upload your performances to the chosen platform in a written or video format. This allows the coach to review your session and evaluate your movements and progress. 

Remote programming requires a certain level of personal accountability. Our coaches are here to guide you along your fitness journey and help you find what motivates and inspires you to train. 

All programmes are designed by our experienced coaches with particular aims and objectives. Once the session is designed by our team, it will be uploaded to your TrueCoach app, where you can see each individual element, demo videos and coaches’ notes on the session and movements.

As you work your way through your session you will have the option to upload workout scores and, depending on the programme, workout videos for subsequent review by your coach. By logging the sessions, it allows you to have a detailed tracking opportunity thereby constantly evaluating your progress and success with the programme.
